The Cleveland Browns hit the road in week 12 for a visit to M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland to play AFC North rival the Baltimore Ravens.

The Browns are 6-5 and last in the AFC North. Cleveland is coming off a 13-10 victory over the Detroit Lions last Sunday. Baker Mayfield passed for 176 yards with one touchdown but was intercepted twice and Nick Chubb rushed for 130 yards. Cleveland's offense gained 349 total yards and the Browns defense held Detroit to 245 yards and forced the Lions to turn the ball over twice. Kareem Hunt, Jack Conklin, Chris Hubbard, Jacob Phillips and Donovan Peoples-Jones are the biggest names out for Cleveland while several others are questionable.

Baltimore sits at the top of the AFC North standings at 7-3 with a one-game lead over the Cincinnati Bengals. The Ravens defeated the Chicago Bears 16-13 in their most recent game last Sunday. Baltimore quarterback Tyler Huntley, playing in place of the injured Lamar Jackson, passed for 219 yards and was intercepted once. Baltimore gained 299 yards of total offense and held Chicago to 353 yards of total offense. Malik Harrison, Pernell McPhee, Derek Wolfe, Marcus Peters and Gus Edwards are the most notable players out injured for Baltimore while several others including Marquise Brown are listed as questionable


Brown Must Improve Offense

The Cleveland Browns must improve their offensive production or will miss the postseason. Cleveland is scoring an average of only 22.2 points per game and over the last two games has scored an average of only 10.0 points per game. Cleveland averages 156.8 yards rushing, which is first in the NFL but is 25th in passing with an average of 205.6 yards per game. Baker Mayfield has passed for 2166 yards with 10 touchdowns and six interceptions. Nick Chubb has rushed for 851 yards with 6 touchdowns and David Njoku has caught 24 passes for 372 yards and a pair of touchdown receptions.




Cleveland's defense is allowing an average of 22.8 points per game and overall is fourth in the NFL in total yardage at 316.7 yards per game. The Browns allow an average of 101.4 yards rushing and 215.4 yards passing per game. Cleveland's Anthony Walker is the leading tackler with 73 and the linebacker has one quarterback sack and two passes deflected. The leader in quarterback sacks for Cleveland is Myles Garrett with 13, which also leads the NFL. Three players each have two interceptions to lead the Browns.


Lamar Jackson ready to play Sunday

Baltimore starting quarterback Lamar Jackson will return Sunday after missing last week's victory over Chicago. Baltimore's offense is scoring an average of 24.7 points per game while averaging 151.0 yards rushing, which is third in the NFL, and 251.6 yards passing per game, which is 11th in the NFL. Jackson is the catalyst for both as the Ravens QB has passed for 2447 yards with 14 touchdowns and eight interceptions and is the leading rusher with 639 yards and two touchdowns. Marquise Brown, who is questionable for Sunday's game with Cleveland, has caught 52 passes for 719 yards and six touchdowns.


Baltimore is 18th in the NFL allowing 23.0 per game. The Ravens defense allows an average of 88.6 (2nd) yards rushing and 281.1 yards passing for a total of 369.7 (25th) yards. Linebacker Patrick Queen has 54 tackles to lead Baltimore and linebacker Tyus Bowser has 4.5 quarterback sacks to lead the Ravens. Cornerback Anthony Averett has two interceptions to lead the team.
